Rockhurst is reached by flying to Kansas City International Airport , from which you may use KansasFest’s Peikop Endropov volunteer shuttle service. Driving directions from the airport and other origins are also available, and the Rockhurst Web site offers several campus maps to help orient you.
If your travels require you to stay near the airport before or after KansasFest, we recommend the Sleep Inn Airport . If you choose not to stay at Rockhurst University during KansasFest and wish to stay somewhere near campus, we suggest the Hampton Inn & Suites .

Oh-campus parking is provided alongside the residence buildings, where you may also see some local fauna. A nearby gated parking lot is also available.
The driveway alongside the building makes for easy pickup and drop-off.
It’s easy to unload your vehicle and move your equipment into your room.
Each Xavier-Loyola and Corcoran residence hall room provides living space for two geeks and their computers.
Each residence hall’s common area serves as a casual meeting place for geeks and their Wi-Fi-enabled devices.
When needed, the common area can be used for presentations.
When the daytime sessions are over, the common area’s television becomes home to attendee-provided movies and video games.
The residence hall’s common area also hosts the vendor fair on Saturday afternoon.
What happens at KFest stays at KFest.
All the necessary AV equipment is provided by Rockhurst, KansasFest, or its attendees.
Is our keynote speaker supposed to be in his own audience?
Massman Hall’s cafeteria provides attendees with three meals a day.
Friday night brings a formal banquet to Massman.
Massman’s first floor features several free, fun diversions.
Billiards and air hockey let attendees engage in friendly competition.
Every Wednesday, attendees gather outside to enjoy a barbecue lunch.
Meals can be enjoyed outside as easily as in.
