Registration for KansasFest 2023 is now open. Unlike last year, the in-person and virtual events are separate so we may provide the best possible experiences for all attendees. The in-person event at Rockhurst University, Kansas City, MO will occur July 18th-23rd . The virtual event will occur the following weekend on July 29th and 30th. You may attend one or both.
For the in-person event, we are following guidance from our host university and local health authorities. We do not expect COVID vaccination, testing, or masking requirements. We will have tests, masks, and hand sanitizer on site. We’re continuing the same refund policy introduced last year, and we offer full refunds of your registration costs for any health concerns.
