Registration for A24EVR 2024 (virtual) and in-person KansasFest are now open. The in-person event at the University of Illinois Springfield will occur July 16th-21st . The virtual event will occur the following weekend on July 27th and 28th. Please review our notes on the new venue before registering in-person.
In-person registration for a room in the dorm closes JUNE 28. (In-person registration without a room closes July 14. Registration for the virtual event remains open until the end of the event.)
